Our clients can choose between 3 communication methods their customers are serviced with. We will make sure that all your e-mail communication is handled quickly and efficiently. Our Live Chat service is provided in an online chat environment to your customers who need instant service. With telephone support our clients can decide if their customers are provided inbound, outbound („click to call“) or both way phone communication. Please also refer to point 2 (Retention) for information regarding advanced outbound phone service.

Depending on our clients’ needs we can provide customer service to their customers with various schedules. Basic service can be provided on business hours (Silver) or extended hours that covers all weekdays (Gold). For a higher demand we can also service your customers around the clock (VIP).

We can provide any language support our clients need. In the Silver package you can take the basic offer by having English and Russian Support languages. With Gold package we offer additional languages that we have in-house. In VIP package we set-up any language our client may need.
