Customer Support Representitive

Main responsibilities:
• Solving customers’ queries via phone, chat and e-mail
• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer
   questions
• Administrating customers’ accounts, monitoring security
   issues and handling payment transactions
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement
   of customer relations
•  Market promotional offers to customers

Skill requirements:
• Desire to work in service area
• Experienced PC user
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written Russian and English
• Good spoken and written Estonian is an advantage
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Previous experience from Call Center work is preferred
